Supplier Performance, Risk Scorecards and Collaboration Hub

We built a supplier performance hub that combines delivery, quality and risk data into scorecards shared with suppliers. Procurement moved from reactive escalations to data-driven supplier reviews.

Challenge

Getting suppliers to trust and use the scores. We co-designed metric definitions with key suppliers and gave them visibility into the raw data behind each score.

Approach

Data from ERP (purchase orders, goods receipts), quality systems (non-conformances, PPM) and external risk feeds (financial health, geopolitical alerts) is modelled into a supplier data mart. Scorecards show on-time-in-full, quality and responsiveness trends. Suppliers log in to see their own scores, respond to corrective-action requests (8D) and upload capacity plans. Alerts flag single-source parts with rising risk.
