Contract requests start from templates with a clause library and fallback positions. Redlining and approvals run through a workflow with role-based routing by value and risk. E-signature integration closes the loop, and an NLP extraction step pulls key terms (dates, renewal notice periods, liability caps, SLAs) from legacy contracts. An obligations dashboard sends reminders before renewal deadlines and tracks SLA commitments.
